Your guest list and exports

See who registered, mark who turned up, and export the data.

The list

Opening an event from your dashboard shows everyone who registered, the answers they gave to your questions, and their attendance status. The counts at the top compare registrations against how many actually turned up.

An event's guest list

Registrations and attendance side by side, with search across the list. Example guest details.

Marking people present

Before an event starts everyone reads Pending — there is nothing to record yet. Once it begins, each person shows as Present or Absent, and you can set either by hand: useful for the member whose phone died, or for a club that would rather tick people off a list than run self check-in at all.

  • Self check-in and manual marking write to the same record, so they can be mixed freely during one event.
  • A person can only be marked present once; marking again doesn't double-count them.
  • Marking someone absent again removes their attendance record.

Exporting

Export CSV downloads the guest list with every answer and the attendance column, ready for a spreadsheet.

Exporting the guest list

Exports include the answers to your custom questions. Example guest details.

Exporting is a permission, not a given. Team members only see the button if their role allows it — see Your club page, team and roles.

For anything about a specific event — the route, what to bring, a place you can no longer take — contact the host through the links on their event page or club profile. They hold the guest list; we don't.

For help using JoinRun itself, email us. Include the event link and a short description of what happened.
