Your public profile
Your club lives at joinrunclub.com/yourclub, where yourclub is the username you chose. It lists your public events and whatever you tell people about yourselves — logo, cover, bio, city, social links and your coaches.
The page you share when someone asks where to find your runs. Example club.
Your username is part of every event link you have ever shared. Changing it is worth doing early rather than late.
Inviting your team
Settings holds a Members tab. Invite someone by the email address they sign in with, and give them a role. Somebody can belong to more than one club, with a different role in each — the role is a property of the membership, not of the person.
Who can act in this club, and as what. Example team.
Roles and permissions
Four roles are built in and always available:
- Owner — full control, including billing and deleting the club.
- Admin — runs the club day to day.
- Member — works on events without touching club-wide settings.
- Viewer — read-only.
When those don't fit, the Roles & permissions tab builds your own: name a role, tick the exact permissions it should carry, and assign it like any other. A volunteer who checks people in but must never see contact details, or a treasurer who sees ticket sales and nothing else, are both a custom role away.
Every role against every permission, built-in roles and your own side by side. Example roles.
Deleting a custom role doesn't lock anyone out. Members holding it fall back to the built-in role they were created with.

For anything about a specific event — the route, what to bring, a place you can no longer take — contact the host through the links on their event page or club profile. They hold the guest list; we don't.
For help using JoinRun itself, email us. Include the event link and a short description of what happened.
