What the page remembers
You don't need an account to register for an event. Instead, the details you last entered are remembered on your device so you don't retype them, and so the page can recognise you when you come back.
Open the face icon in the top corner of an event page to see exactly what is held: your name, email, phone and whether you are registered for this event.
- Name, Email and Phone — what you last typed into a registration form.
- Status — whether this device is registered for the event you are looking at.
Deleting your details
- Open the face icon at the top of the event page.
- Choose Delete.
That clears the details saved on this device and the identity cookie the page uses to recognise you. The next visit starts from a blank form.
This does not cancel your registration or remove you from the host's guest list — the host holds that record. To be taken off an event, contact the club directly through their profile page.
The same panel also switches the event page between light and dark, which is a per-device preference and nothing to do with your data.

For anything about a specific event — the route, what to bring, a place you can no longer take — contact the host through the links on their event page or club profile. They hold the guest list; we don't.
For help using JoinRun itself, email us. Include the event link and a short description of what happened.
